Urine Town, Potheads and Wilson High School: Your Tax Dollars At Work.

Case in point: Wilson High School of Portland, which recently featured on its school marquee the proud information that they are staging "Urinetown: The Musical." This is also the same school with the public bus benches that proclaim 70% of Wilson students don't smoke pot. Which means, if we assume, say, 1,000 students at the school, that means there are 300 openly admitted pot heads in the school. The actual figure is surely much higher, since many students will lie when they are asked about this kind of thing. Mind you, even if it were only 300 pot heads at the school, Wilson somehow thinks this is an "accomplishment" to be so proud of that they literally plaster the news across the bus stop benches in the neighborhood. Hey, who says our kids and our schools don't have any pride?
